Executive Director, Mr. P.P.S. Gusain, heads the Board of Directors. He is Alternative Energy and Development Specialist he has around 25 years
He was formerly Secretary of Consortium on Rural Technology (CORT) and has worked in senior positions in Development Alternatives and World Wide Fund for nature (WWF)- India. He has been consultant to World Bank and Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) for energy projects. He has also been monitor/evaluator for Council for Advancement for People’s Action & Rural Technology (CAPART).
Honorary Chairman Er. K. P. Mishra, guides the overall mandate and business strategies of the company. He was selected as sector specialist (Integrated steel plants) for energy efficiency and environmental project management, to strengthening the capabilities of IDBI (Industrial development bank of India) for distributing the funds of Asian Development Technical Assistance
He has been senior project manager (head of project division) in Dalal consultants and Engineers Ltd, Ahmedabad. One of the promoters Director of BTECON, Mr. Anil Kumar, is performing as a chief Operating officer. He is an ex- TERI (Tata Energy Research Institute) Research Professional, working in the conventional and non-conventional Energy field for last 10 years.
